THIS METHOD IS BECOMING POPULAR WHEN THE PRICE OF THE PROPERTY MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE PURCHASER'S INTENDED USE OF THE SITE.  EOI TAKES AWAY THE PRICE OBJECTION OF PURCHASERS AS THEY ARE THE ONES THAT DETERMINES WHAT THEY ARE WILLING TO PAY



This method is best used when;

• The site’s development usage is variable
• You are willing to allow the Purchaser flexibility in sale conditions to maximise price
• Time is not a factor
