Spanning a career in property from 1971, Bruce has worked with State Government Departments & Instrumentalities, Local Government and over the past 18 years in the private sector as Dunn & Horne P/L.

During the public sector experiences, he completed the Valuation of Real Estate Certificate in 1978 and was involved with property management across residential, industrial, retail, commercial offices, vineyards, market gardens, residential subdivisions & residential apartment developments throughout the Sydney Metropolitan Region.

His role as a Valuer initially commenced with the State Planning Authority and was part of his roles with the State Superannuation Board and Liverpool City Council.

He was drawn to the private sector in 1990 and his role at Dunn & Horne initially revolved around valuation practice.
