Leading the direction of Raine & Horne, Brunswick’s commercial side, he is passionate about shaping the next generation of Commercial Managers.  Supported by his loyal and dedicated team, there is no task too big or too small for them as they continually raise the bar in delivering market-leading results that surpass their clients expectations every time.

Tim’s career sees him continually work all around Melbourne but his face is especially familiar throughout Northside’s inner localities. His superior knowledge of these areas compliments the sales or leasing of his clients properties and his unique skill set is often said to be ‘virtually unmatched’.

Tim is an exceptional negotiator known for his seamless process with both buyers and sellers. He understands the importance of developing long-term client relationships that are based on trust and consequently his daily clients consist of not only new ones but those who he’s been working with for years. He prides himself on having genuine rapport with his clients and therefore has developed a strong network of qualified buyers. Tim firmly believes in matching the right property to the buyer, and this is evidenced in some of the outstanding off-market sales results he has achieved.

Tim has always shared the vision for a state of the art super office with fellow Directors, Mario and Robert Elezovic. In 2017 that dream was brought to life and Raine & Horne, Brunswick’s multi-million dollar investment was finished.
