Courtney brings a unique blend of experience to her role, having previously worked in her family’s property development business. This background has given her a strong understanding from the buyer’s perspective, as well as hands-on insight into development and investment strategies. In addition, her experience working as a real estate agent in the competitive Melbourne property market has further sharpened her negotiation skills and broadened her national market knowledge.

Outside of real estate, Courtney is a professional racing driver, having competed in the Porsche Carrera Cup and various other categories. Her background in high-performance sport has instilled in her a results-driven mindset that translates seamlessly into her real estate career.
