More Space for Cyberspace Firm

Chris Herde

An online compliance and verification company has more than doubled its space after

securing a five-year lease on a whole floor in a Milton office building.

Ipro Live Pty Ltd has moved into 354sq m on the first level of Finchley House at 18 Finchley St.

Raine & Horne Commercial’s Elliott O’Shea said the company was previously in about 150sq m in Kelvin Grove.

“These guys have been in the market place for about a year,” he said.

“They wanted to be in the near city area and Milton offered the property they were looking for.

“I think parking was something they were pretty keen on and something that offered a turn key as much as possible. This one ticked all the boxes for them”.

The space in the three level building was previously occupied by Serco Sodexo Defence Services which moved out in January.

It has a high quality fit-out and parking spaces for eight cars. Ipro Live will be paying about $320/sqm plus GST and there were fixed 5 per cent increases.

Mr O’Shea said the Finchley St office precinct was slowly filling.

“Twelve months ago there was a bit more space available than there was now,” he said.

“It has started to tighten a bit, given it’s close to public transport and amenity.

“The leasing market has been tough but we feel with this there is more positive sentiment out there this year”.
