A4WDequipment and accessories company has parked in a new home in the same suburb but with greater exposure.

TJM Brendale has a 10-year lease plus options on a showroom/ warehouse at 1 Hinkler Court, on the corner of South Pine Rd, Brendale.

The company was operating out of 61 Kremzow Road, Brendale, but needed bigger and more prominent premises.

TJM owner Darren Piper said he always believed South Pine Rd was “the place to be”.

 “We wanted a better retail frontage and we couldn’t find what we wanted two years ago so we ended up on Kremzow Rd,” he said. “We looked at about six to eight properties in the last couple of years but we knew this was the place.”

 In the deal negotiated by Raine & Horne Commercial’s Tim Jones, TJM will pay $217,800 net a year, plus outgoings and GST. The modern, 1452sqmbuilding has a quality showroom component, offices and two warehousing areas.

 It was previously occupied by Ironman 4x4 Tyre and Suspension, which specialises in 4WD accessories.
