An indoor trampolining business has bounced into a new space in Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

Velocity Indoor Trampoline Park will open its doors at 3 Flinders Parade, North Lakes.

The company, which will also offer dodge ball, slamball, free climbing, birthday parties, team-building events and more, had sought a suitable location non Brisbane’s north side for 12 months.

Raine & Horne Commercial’s Nick Bandiera, who struck the off-market deal, said the property and the North Lakes location “seemed to tick all the boxes”.

“The property was snapped up after being on the market for a matter of weeks,” he said.

“North Lakes was the ideal location for Velocity Park with its strong population growth and young demographic.”

Velocity Park has a five year lease and an option on the property that was previously occupied by Monkey Business Indoor Play centre.

The 2,000sq m building has170sq m of quality open-plan office over two levels and its key features include a 7m high warehouse which is air-conditioned.

The building is on a large3952sqm parcel of land allowing for 35 car parks. Velocity will pay $300,000 a year for the lease.

“North Lakes is a strategic location for a multitude of business coming into the area with its central catchment between the Brisbane CBD and the Sunshine Coast,” Mr Bandiera said.

“Major improved road infrastructure is under way in the area to improve access into the estate via the Bruce Highway and local arterial roads including the Kerr Rd overpass linking Kallangur and the North-South Arterial which will create easy access for commuters coming from eastern and northern suburbs.
