Starting his career in Industrial Real Estate in 1997, Wayne set himself the goal to provide his clients with outstanding service and bringing property deals together quickly and effectively.

In June 2005, Wayne made the positive move to join the Raine & Horne network with a view of developing his skills further to service his clients at an even higher standard.

Wayne has earned the confidence of many clients with whom he has had the pleasure of dealing in a number of transactions, both large and small.

A key element in measuring Wayne’s success is the number of clients he does repeat business with.

Wayne’s strengths are:

  • The ability to work in a team environment which only assists his clients achieving greater results
  • Participating in regular training to hone and improve his skills and keep up to date with systems and technology changes in the real estate industry
  • Successfully negotiate deals of all sizes with at all times keeping his clients interests top of mind

 

Over the past year Wayne has also been helping to train Sales and Leasing Cadets, who have enjoyed working under Wayne to provide a better service to all Clients.

 

Giving his clients world class service is always Wayne’s priority. 

With the quality support staff in place at Raine & Horne, Wayne is able to concentrate on what he does best: LIST, NEGOTIATE and SELL property.  The support staff ensures everything runs smoothly with respect to the marketing and contract management of your property.
