Simon’s career in real estate started in 1996 as a sales representative in the rapidly expanding Margaret River region. During this period Simon gained considerable experience in all aspects of real estate including commercial, industrial and rural as well as land subdivisions.

In 1999 Simon became a partner in Margaret River Real Estate and assisted with its transition into the First National Network.

Simon relocated to Perth in 2003 to further his career in Real Estate with a specific focus on the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry and joined Colliers International, specialising in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties. Simon quickly established himself as an industry leader in this field.

After almost 5 years working for a private industrial agency, Simon joined Raine and Horne Commercial to assist in expanding their presence into the eastern industrial precincts.

With 25 years of hands on experience, Simon is one of the most experienced and senior operators in the region.

When not at work, Simon enjoys spending time with his family & friends and being involved in historic motor racing.
