Penelope’s 15 year career in property began in New Zealand as a Registered Valuer specializing in industrial property and redevelopment sites. Penelope has a solid understanding of the commercial real estate market in Sydney having worked for one of the major global real estate advisory companies over the last five years. This experience coupled with her technical background has ensured the delivery of solutions to numerous private and corporate companies in relation to industrial and business park property. Penelope’s approach to her clients is to be proactive in delivering a corporate style service with locally based knowledge matching people with property.
