Nicholas Whinnett started with Raine and Horne Commercial in late 2009 as a Sales and Leasing Cadet.  Nick has obtained and developed a strong interest in the property industry since he was young, and this is set only to continue. 

He is young, energetic, eager, tenacious and comes from a sales background.  Nick holds in Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate and Property Development) from the University of Queensland.  These have seen Nick develop a strong ethic and knowledge base, as well as good communication skills. 

Nick aids Lawrence Temple with the following services: Leasing, Owner Occupier Sales, Investment Sales, Project Marketing and Design and Construct Projects, specializing in the highly competitive Industrial Property Market on Brisbane’s Northside.
